In observance of the Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday, our office will be closed on Monday, January 20, 2025. We hope that you enjoy this time with your family and friends.
MLK Day was established as a federal holiday on November 2, 1983, with the first observance on January 20, 1986. In 1994, Congress designated Martin Luther King Jr. Day as a national day of service. Today, this is the only federal holiday with this designation. It is meant to encourage all Americans to volunteer and improve their communities.
“Life’s most persistent and urgent question is ‘What are you doing for others?’” – Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
We hope our clients, colleagues and friends find great ways to celebrate this special federal holiday.
